Introduction Instigated by the Global Association of M3 User Groups (GAM3), the umbrella organisation of all M3 User Groups around the world, the Product Enhancement Process, first started in 2008, gives an opportunity for all Movex / M3 customers to increase the scope of the M3 ERP software. This Process is well supported by Lawson, and is one of the key benefits of Movex / M3 customers, being part of their local User Group, i.e LUA.

Current Status In 2008, members of GAM3 submitted 303 product enhancements requests, and through various versions, particularly M3 7.1 & M3 10.1, Lawson has already delivered 114 of them, approximately 40%, within 18 months of the requests. In 2009, GAM3 members submitted a further 174 requests, with their current status. In 2010, there were a futher 274 requests submitted. An Excel Spreadsheet has been created containing all these requests. (2008, 2009, & 2010)

2011 Enhancement Request Process The 2011 Enhancement Request Process will be open for submissions from the beginning of May to end of June 2011. Voting will be open from the beginning of September until end of November 2011. Lawson will then give their feedback at CUE 12, to be held in Denver in April 2012.
